The role requires someone with innovation and enthusiasm to build upon what we consider to be a genuine local institution.

**Role requirements and experience**:

- Managing the foundations and operations of the venue
- Working autonomously but have ability to take guidance from the Senior

management
- Keeping the venue in line with our company culture and ethos
- Taking a hands-on approach
- Ensuring general compliance with liquor license
- Contribute to the growth and development of the venue
- Demonstrate leadership qualities that will inspire your team
- A strong knowledge of cocktails, natural wine, and beer
- Communication and interpersonal skills

**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
