ABOUT THE ROLE:

  • Responsible for the venue's appearance and atmosphere for all services and events.
  • In charge of all shift operations from the setup, running and close down of the venue.
  • Work as part of the venue leadership team to instil culture of superior customer service, leaving the customer 'wanting more'.
  • Daily reporting including day and night shift reports.Strictly adhere to and enforce all compan
  • y policies to ensure the business is run effectively and efficiently.
  • Support the delivery of HR requirements for the business, including training, coaching and succession planning.

ABOUT YOU:

  • Proven excellence as a Duty or Venue Manager in a large multifaceted venue.
  • You've run shifts in large, busy pubs or similar venues — not hotels or fine dining, but real community spaces where sport, music, food and nightlife all collide.
  • Ability to share your knowledge, manage and motivate.
  • Bring a well-rounded skillset across food, beverage, and gaming operations, with a sharp focus on delivering standout customer service.
  • Team oriented approach to management with a mindset of open communications.
  • Immaculate presentation paralleled with hands on service delivery.
  • Confident in 'managing up' and influencing teams.
  • Excellent communication; written and verbal.
