The Parent Pathways Program is a free pre-employment program that helps parents and guardians of young children to build skills and confidence and prepare for the workforce.

The program aims to address any challenges or concerns within the parent’s immediate family to enable them to focus on the future and identify areas of interest and set career goals. Further support with building skills and gaining qualifications is also be provided.
Services are tailored to meet parents’ needs and support them in overcoming personal barriers and become ready to find work or enter further education when the time is right.
