**Child Care Centre Manager**

We currently have a position available for a **Child Care Centre Manager**

**Main responsibilities**:
1. Functioning as Child Care Centre Manager, Educational Leader and Nominated Officer

2. Responsible for managing and running the rooms for babies, toddlers, kindy and school-age children.

3. Responsible for preparing the programs, materials and equipment to support the children’s learning and development.

4. Using “Playground” software (also accessible to parents) for reporting.

5. Manage the CCS system for claiming child attendance.

6. Actively supervise children and staff to ensure staff are meeting O&HS and the safety and well-being of the children.

7. Manage the ISS for the inclusion of children with disabilities.

8. Responsible for ensuring policies and procedures are followed, and we abide and adhere to the NQF, the State Laws and Federal Laws about the Childcare industry and Employment.

9. Participate in training for behaviour management and our ongoing training that ABOUT CHILD CARE Pty Ltd arranges for the Supervisors, supporting our policies and procedures.

10. As a Nominated Officer, be responsible for ensuring policies and procedures are followed, and we abide and adhere to the NQF, the State Laws and Federal Laws about the Childcare industry and Employment.

11. Responsible for staffing the service and coordinating the professional development of staff.

13. Responsible for the daily roster of their centre, organising and coordinating transport of their centre, working on QIP/observations, submitting inclusion cases, WHS, supporting the implementation of the approved learning framework and outcome, roll checks, supervising and checking statement of accounts of the Centre and use qikkids as accounts management purposes.

**Qualifications and experience**:
1. Suitable certification or relevant experience

2. At least two years’ experience in a similar environment

**Salary $70k - $90k**

**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
