**Exciting opportunity to create TA for Melbourne HR for this global brand working closely with HR and Senior Leaders.**

**The Role**

This is a new role for the Melbourne team working in modern and vibrant surrounds in Melbourne’s SE suburbs. You will work closely with the HR lead and have regular contact with a broad stakeholder group, internal and external.

Bring your strong understanding of Talent attraction both strategically and operationally to create a plan and robust business processes to ensure strong outcomes for the business as they grow their team and talent pool. Salary commensurate with experience.

**The Organisation**

They are 4PL logistics and operate nationally. With international backing and a strong growth strategy, they are expanding and as part of their growth, require a specialist in TA to assist with bringing in suitable talent. **About You**

You are experienced and passionate about Talent Acquisition and are looking for your next career stop long term where you can add value. You will have gained experience with blue collar and also have white collar recruitment across a broad range of roles. You are tech savvy, process driven and outcomes focused with the ability to adapt and flex to people and changing business needs.
