**About the Role**
Our HR Coordinators play a key role in delivering timely and seamless services to our leaders and teams which creates a positive user experience across the various aspects of the employee lifecycle. Your new role will see you acting as the first point of contact for a wide range of People Team queries ensuring timely, high quality services are delivered which support our customer groups, HR Business Partners, Talent and Mobility (T&M), Learning & Development (L&D), Organisational Development (OD), and Health & Injury Management functions.
With some recent changes to our team, we’re excited to offer **two rare opportunities** to join our team:
- ** One full-time, ongoing position**, and
- ** One full-time, fixed-term contract** role through to **July 2026**.
**A Typical Day Looks Like**
Well, no two days will probably be the same, but at a high level you’ll take carriage of the following:
- Developing employment related documentation including employment offers, contracts, variations and Work from Home correspondence.
- Acting as the first point of contact for standard HR, L&D, OD, policy and procedural queries.
- Ensuring staff records, systems, registers and calendars are accurately maintained in line with audit and compliance standards.
- Working closely with the T&M Team to ensure seamless and timely coordination of pre-employment checks and onboarding activities.
- Generating scheduled and ad-hoc reports, including tracking and follow up on actions where required.
- Coordinating our Values Awards and Service Milestones programs.
- In conjunction with the L&D Team, coordinating external training activities, including employer incentive claims.
- Ensuring the timely processing and payment of invoices and coordination of financial administration activities for the People Team.
- Identifying and communicating process improvement opportunities.
**What We’re Looking For**
First of all, you’ll be a customer service guru who takes pride in their work and consistently aims to create a positive experience for internal and external customers as well as having the ability to identify opportunities on how we continuously improve our service delivery model. In addition, the following skills and experience will provide a great baseline to set you up for success:
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work autonomously to deliver high quality and compliant employment related documentation.
- Well developed communication skills and the ability to provide information in a practical, easily understood manner to customers.
- Experience using HR Information Systems and confidence navigating various digital systems and platforms.
- Experience dealing with confidential manners in a sensitive and professional manner having regard to privacy and legislative compliance requirements.
- The ability to self-manage your time, identify priorities and deliver services in line with customer expectations.
- A positive attitude and the ability to proactively build relationships and credibility with diverse customer groups.
- Certificate IV in HR, Business Administration or related field (highly regarded).
