Our client is a WA owned leading kitchenware and homeware retailer with 15 stores nationally and with further sites planned. They are a family owned business who have continued to evolve and inspire passion around food preparation, cooking and serving for many decades. Assistant Manager required for their busy Melville location with an established and passionate retail team. Now is the time to join this business with great team culture, high team retention rates and abundant succession stories in this WA grown business.
**About the Job Role**:
- Coach and develop a team of 12 to achieve sales and kpis
- Create long lasting customer relationships
- Deliver an exceptional store experience
- Strong merchant skills in a large stock environment
- Continue to build on store culture and customer engagement
