- We are seeking an experienced
- **Residential Services Manager **to join our team at our Residential Aged Care facility based in
- **Coolangatta**.- This opportunity will suit an individual who is a passionate aged care clinician with proven leadership experience, looking for a secure permanent position with a leading not-for-profit organisation. Located in a peaceful location in Coolangatta, we’re a 5 minute stroll from one of Gold Coast’s most spectacular beaches, Kirra Beach.**About Your Next Exciting Opportunity**

Strolls on the beach and lunch time outings are a regular occurrence for the residents and staff at our Blue Care Kirra Aged Care facility. Our residents enjoy not only the fresh sea air, but the beautiful surrounding gardens of the open air style facility, set amongst the gum trees. The vast array of activities scheduled ensures a lively, friendly and active environment.- In the role of our Residential Services Manager, you will work with your front-line team to provide outstanding care to residents, promoting a culture of values-based, person-centered care. Through your knowledge, you will promote a high standard of quality and compliance, ensuring your facility meets all regulatory requirements through best practice clinical care and audit activities.- You will ensure strong financial sustainability by driving community engagement to support occupancy whilst overseeing property maintenance, hospitality and lifestyle programs.- Working closely with your Care Coordinator, Quality Support Officer and Hospitality Team Leader, you will lead a team of nurses, personal carers and support staff, ensuring their ongoing performance by providing coaching and direction to enable their success.**About You**

With a solid background in aged care, your leadership skills have seen you grow and develop similar sized services with a focus on quality and person-cantered care. Your mentorship and coaching of front line leaders has resulted in strong service performance, with sound quality outcomes and care governance. You’re confident tackling complex and conflicting priorities throughout your day, pooling your resources to meet deadlines.**What Do You Need?**
- Current AHPRA registration as a qualified clinician
- Experience with SQF Framework and Aged Care Funding Models
- Strong community engagement and excellent interpersonal skills
- Solid leadership capability with experience leading similar size services
- Relevant tertiary, graduate or post graduate qualifications in relevant field
