**Catering Operations Supervisor - Sydney Olympic Park Venues**:
**Are you a catering superstar looking for your next role?**

VenuesLive is looking for an Catering Operations Supervisor to join our food and beverage team working in Sydney Olympic Park. Reporting to the Operations Manager, the successful applicant must be a hands-on leader with a passion for food and previous experience in a similar position.

**Your Focus will be to**:

- Perform a hands on role in running the operational areas of the business which includes cafes, bars, retail outlets and functions.
- Coordinate the delivery of catering services in a manner which focuses on exceptional customer experience, whilst meeting the Company’s commercial business outcomes.
- Assist with the delivery of job specific training for new staff.
- Monitor standards and strive to improve operational performance.
- Assist with the development and implementation of procedures for the operation.

**What You'll bring**:

- A high standard of verbal communication and the ability to positively influence in a team environment.
- An excellent knowledge of food safety, responsible service of alcohol and work health and safety legislation.
- Accredited NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate or Competency Card essential.
- Accredited Food Safety Supervisor Certificate highly regarded.
- Excellent personal presentation, interpersonal and organisational skills.
- A willingness to work flexible hours and across multiple venues in line with the requirements of VenuesLive’s event schedule (which includes weekend work).
- A positive ‘can do’ attitude.
