This practice has been providing professional accounting services for the last 60 plus years and require a Corporate Secretary to take ownership of their small team.

You will be responsible for:

- Preparation of Annual Company Statements for Australian companies
- Maintenance of company, trust and self-managed superannuation fund registers to ensure ASIC regulations and Corporations Law
- Acquisitions of new entities and variation to existing deeds
- Registration, cancellation, transfer and maintenance of business names
- Title searches
- Communicating with clients and team members in a professional manner
- Following the firm’s current system of work practices
- Managing a small team ( 1 x part timer, 1 x off-shore, 1 x assistant)

The practice openly supports a healthy work/life balance, together with a high standard of service delivery they offer ongoing training and support as well as encourage their staff to upskill.

Ideally, you would have 3-5 years of solid experience in a similar role. Experience with BGL CAS 360 is a must and MYOB / AE will be highly regarded.
