**About the role**

Based from Sydney or Singapore, and reporting to the Head of Trade Execution, we’re seeking an experienced Trade Execution Coordinator to join us on a 12-month fixed-term contract, managing the execution of bulk and/or container grain contracts.

Specifically, you will:

- Execute bulk and/or container grain contracts from point of export to point of import
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders including traders, packers, brokers / forwarders / shipping lines, etc.
- Manage day to day tasks such as planning, shipping, invoicing, presenting documents and monitoring payments from the export or purchase point to the import or sales point
- Ensure compliance with all export and import requirements as well as with the company’s corporate policies.

**About your experience**

Due to the nature of shipping operations, flexibility and availability outside of standard working hours is required, including some weekends.
