Fitness Coach

**Brisbane‘s best training ground is expanding & Out flagship studio, located in the heart of Hamilton, is on the hunt for another amazing coach to join our thriving TFV Community**

The Fitness Vault is a functional Training Studio; renowned for precise programming, expert coaches, and the best member experience possible.

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated coach to join our team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct dynamic and challenging TFV workouts for groups of individuals.
- Demonstrate exercises and provide clear instructions to ensure proper form and technique.
- Motivate and encourage members to achieve their fitness goals.
- Provide modifications and progressions for exercises based on individual needs and fitness levels.
- Deliver high-energy and engaging training sessions that keep members motivated and excited about their workouts.
- Foster a positive and supportive environment that encourages teamwork and camaraderie among members.
- Build strong rapport with clients and provide excellent customer service at all times.

**Requirements**:

- Certification III in Fitness is required.
- First Aid Certification is mandatory.
- Certification IV in Fitness is preferred.
- High level of fitness and ability to demonstrate exercises effectively.
- Highly energetic, enthusiastic, and supportive attitude..
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds and fitness levels.
- A passion for health, fitness, and helping others reach their goals.

Pay: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 6 - 12 per week
