- You’re passionate about customer services and technology and have exceptional communication skills.
- You have a tertiary qualification (or equivalent experience) in the Technology field.
- You enjoy working independently and collaboratively with a team that is at the heart of our organisation.
- You’re great at building and nurturing productive relationships with stakeholders at all levels, and of many diverse backgrounds.
- You’re able to proactively analyse complex business problems and assess how automated systems or process changes can be implemented to solve them.
