**About us**

Holiday Inn Werribee is proudly showcasing Holiday Inn open lobby concept. Situated in the heart of the Werribee city centre, being the talk of the town for Werribee and surrounds. The hotel occupies the top 4 floors of the mixed use 12 storey premises and boasts sweeping views right across to the You Yangs and Wyndham Harbour. The hotel offers 150 stylishly appointed guest rooms, gym, outdoor garden courtyard, all day dining in our Rosana Bistro & Bar and versatile conference and events spaces.

**A little taste of your day to day**
- Maintaining guest room and public area presentation
- Preventative maintenance of all plant, equipment and fixtures
- Painting walls, skirting boards, ceilings and patches plaster work
- Ensuring maintenance workshop is well organised
- Monthly projects assigned by the Maintenance Manager
- Adhering to compliance with Fire, Life, Safety and to maintain a secure hotel at all times Green thumb attending to outdoor garden courtyard and terrace watering, fertilising and trimming plants

**What we need from you**
- Minimum 1-2 year’s experience in a hotel or similar environment
- Trade qualification in painting or carpentry is highly desirable
- Comfortable using tools and equipment
- Computer competency
- Fitness is important as you’ll be on your feet most of the day, and will need to bend and kneel to carry out certain tasks
- Excellent customer service skills
- Exceptional organisational skills and an ability to follow tasks through to completion
- Can work autonomously on tasks and within a team environment to complete efficiently
- Problem solving skills
- Well-groomed and professional in appearance
- Commitment with flexibility to work mornings, weekends and public holidays when required
