With ongoing training and support provided, we would like to hear from passionate
**Dental Assistant/Receptionists** interested in working on a casual basis.

**The role is to work up to 24 hours a week doing both dental assisting and reception between the hours of 8:15am - 5:30pm. We are conveniently located in North Rocks Shopping centre were there is free all day parking, close to public transport and all the amenities the centre has to offer**

**The Heart of the Role**:

- Develop and maintain positive relationships by providing excellent customer service to our patients
- Prepare patients & facilities for dental treatment
- Deliver quality chairside assistance to our Dentists
- Provide instrument sterilisation and infection control solutions
- Maintain and implement infection control standards and procedures
- Patient care from entry to the surgery and recall management

**What you'll bring**:

- Experience in customer facing roles is ideal
- Passionate about customer service / patient care
- Organised with attention to detail
- A proven track record of punctuality and reliability
- Ability to build rapport with patients, in a cheerful, light-hearted manner
