**ABOUT THE ROLE**

This position leads the team that is responsible for the setup and processing of sales, reporting to Todd Fellows, National Manager - Sales Processes.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Creating Sales Schedule and setting up sales in PAS
- Managing online auction scheduling to ensure sales do not overlap
- Managing sending out & chasing referrals
- Managing the processing of referrals, after sales, direct selling, fixed price
- **Manage a team of 3 - 4 employees people in various locations nationally**
- Manage VIC stat write off process
- Auction anti-fraud reporting
- Providing ad hoc reporting and analysis of sales related enquiries as required.

**ABOUT YOU**

**Skills and experience**
- Strong knowledge of above processes
- Experiencing supervising or managing a team
- Excellent attention to detail
- Demonstrates strong initiative and high integrity
- Ability to manage a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders with differing priorities
- Ability to prioritize and work under pressure
- Excellent communication and influencing skills
