- At Motorama Ford, Moorooka we’re looking for a Service Advisor to provide our service guests with a fantastic experience every time.
- The Service Advisor role is a key role in our dealerships. You play a pivotal role helping our customers get their vehicles serviced and resolving any issues they may be having with their vehicles, so this is a role for people who are passionate about great customer service.**As a Service Advisor, your role will include**:

- Meeting and greeting customers promptly and courteously as they drop off their vehicles to be serviced
- Ensuring you create a great customer experience
- Checking customers out when their service is complete, processing their payment & showing them back to their vehicle
- Helping customers with any service or warranty issues
- Ensuring Technicians are briefed appropriately on any issues a customer raises in relation to their vehicle

**To be considered for this position you will need the following experience and attributes**:

- Previous experience as a Service Advisor in a Dealership will be highly regarded
- Previous experience in a Dealership or automotive environment
- Excellent customer service skills including in person, in writing and over the telephone
- Must like helping solving problems and helping customers
- Accuracy and a high attention to detail
- Current manual driver's licence
