Our House of Photography store is where we bring to life our heritage of Photo Taking to Photo Making. We're looking for a motivated leader who can motivate their team, drive sales, and enhance customer satisfaction.

**Leadership & Team Development**: Inspire, mentor, and develop a high-performing team. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment where every team member feels valued and motivated to excel.
**Operational Excellence**: Oversee all aspects of store operations, including personnel management, product merchandising, and marketing execution. Ensure the store runs smoothly and efficiently.
**Customer Experience**: Champion a customer-first culture by ensuring industry-leading customer service. Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly and effectively, turning challenges into opportunities for improvement.

**About you**:
**Experience**: Minimum 3-5 years of retail experience at a supervisory or management level. Proven track record in retail store management and sales within a retail environment.
**Leadership Skills**: Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve their best.
**Operational Skills**: Strong organisational and time management skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
