**The Company**

Our client is a large retailer with a strong network across Australia and New Zealand with over 500 stores. They are continuing to transform and improve their supply chain whilst growing their sales revenue across all product categories. A critical role has arisen to join their planning team as they aim to ensure the inventory levels in their DC meets expectations based on demand.

**The Role**

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join their high performing planning team.

As a Supply Planner your primary focus will be to maintain and report on in-stock and lost sale opportunities, ensuring all stock is available at the right place, at the right time.

Reporting to the Inventory Replenishment Manager your responsibilities will be but not limited too:

- Work closely with the Demand Planners to ensure demand plans and targets are met.
- Work closely with Suppliers to ensure the supply of stock.
- Analyse inventory and trends to ensure risks to the supply network are identified in a timely manor.
- Follow all PO processes are followed correctly.
- Report all out of stock, overstock, obsolete or slow moving stock to ensure optimum inventory levels.
- Analysis past POs and identify trends, suggesting future improvement.
- Identify and report opportunities to enhance service levels and costs.
- Ensure strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Work whilst following company policies to ensure work is delivered safely and to a good standard identifying any areas to improve on the way.

**Your Background**
- A minimum of 6 years experience within a planning function ideally in retail, consumer products or FMCG.
- Experience working in a fast paced environment.
- Proven ability to build and develop strong relationships with people at all levels, both internally and externally, and to lead cross-functional groups to deliver superior customer service
- Strong organisational and planning skills including the ability to prioritise and organise work flow
