Located in Cannon Hill, our well-regarded client is seeking an Maintenance Manager. This is a critical role that will see you play an integral part within a well-reputable business. Established in 1960 they now pride themselves as the world’s largest family-owned, vertically integrated cattle and beef supply chain organisation. As a family company, they are driven by their core values, this includes their focus on their employees’ health, safety and wellbeing. You will join a team that has a demonstrated ability to execute in the following areas whilst actively seeking opportunities to further enhance your knowledge base.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ensuring the maintenance budget is managed and adhered to by monitoring weekly and monthly spending
- Developing, maintaining and monitoring maintenance plans, checklists and processes
- Ensuring that all maintenance employees complete daily timesheets reporting activities
- Driving continuous improvement and plant reliability/availability
- Benchmarking and lifting maintenance standards towards achieving maintenance best practice

- High level of Attention to detail
- A proactive working ethic with a professional working attitude
- Able to communicate with all levels of the business
- Have a great depth knowledge of OH&S principles
- Obtained relevant trade certificates
- Experience in proactive and preventative maintenance methods
- Successfully manage and lead diverse teams
