**About the team**

In every studio, our dynamic Business Support teams build, maintain and improve the foundations that allow us to keep collaborating with our clients, partners - and each other. With talented team members integrated across the business, the team keeps Hassell running smoothly through administration, document control, graphics production, facilities and operations, business development, and process management.

We’re looking for a Studio Host to be the face of our Brisbane studio. Acting as a host for staff, clients and other visitors to the studio, you’ll be responsible for ensuring that anyone who uses the space has a positive experience at all times.

You’ll work with the Studio Manager, to contribute to the user experience and drive studio culture for Hassell employees by engaging with and assisting in social events, information sessions, all-staff meetings, client events etc.

**Qualifications**
We’re looking for a Studio Host with experience in a similar design or professional services environment. You should have great attention to detail, able to prioritise tasks and work well under pressure. You should also:

- Have strong Microsoft Office skills, knowledge of Adobe suite (including InDesign) would be a strong advantage
- Have the ability to use own initiative and perform duties under limited supervision
- Have the ability to communicate professionally with colleagues and visitors
- Have a strong commitment to providing excellence in customer service
- Be a team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with others
