My name is Ben Logan I own and operate a hospitality recruitment company called Staff Finder...my last major gig was as Group GM for Ronnie Di Stasio's restaurants here in Melbourne and now my company is finding good hospo people their next gig.

Gigs they get treated fairly in, paid properly and not worked 90 hours a week for no over time or anything else. Staff Finder absolutely makes money when we find jobs for employers but we are equally committed to the staff and people we deal with whom want to find their next gig.

We are relatively new in the market having started in 2021 in the midsts of Covid to help people find jobs again and now we're working with some of the biggest players in the industry. Players that know the value of good crew and how to treat them.

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
