HQ Group (HER, Straight Up Cocktails, Arbory Bar & Eatery & AFLOAT) are a design-led hospitality collective that creates unique and inspiring guest experiences. With the sun coming back to bless Melbournians, AFLOAT, an ever-evolving hospitality venture that comes to life annually between September and June, returns for its tenth season.

With each season's reopening, the venue undergoes a complete refit, unveiling a brand-new theme annually. Designed to emulate some of the world's most exotic international destinations, each new theme is embraced through the venue's interior and design, food and beverage offerings, music, and entertainment programming.

We are looking for a range of Front of House professionals to lead the party at both our flagship, Arbory Bar & Eatery and AFLOAT, our floating restaurant & bar nestled next door on Birrarung.

What we are looking for

  • Experienced Bar staff (Straight Up Cocktail Connoisseur, beer pourers, all-round legends).
  • Experienced Floor staff (runners, section waiters, vibe curators).
  • Hosts (the first smile, the smooth operators and multi-tasking whiz).
  • Barbacks & Cellar (the behind-the-scenes heroes and the real MVP's).
