Our client is a leading Australian Private Wealth Management business with and long standing history, brand and reputation in the Australian Market. It is a premium provider of tailored financial solutions and who deliver first class research and wealth advice to their sophisticated investors and UHNW clients.

As part of a regulatory review and remediation program, they are currently seeking an experienced Client File Assessment contractor to review systems and historical client files to determine appropriateness and suitability of advice/services provided, in accordance with review methodology.
- Calculate remediation required in line with defined loss calculation and compensation policy
- Present the outcome of remediation calculations for assessment;
- Manage the process to communicate assessment outcomes to clients and payment of required compensation
- Perform quality assurance reviews of other remediation assessment and calculations.

We are seeking experienced individuals with strong analytical skills and experience in the use of excel for complex calculations in providing personal advice to retail clients - either directly or in a related compliance or risk or advice remediation function.
**Stockbroking experience would be an advantage**.

You will be Degree qualified with an ability to quickly understand back-end CRM and data capture systems and navigate these effectively to extract information and make timely and informed decisions.

You have strong interpersonal and communication skills with a demonstrated team and client services ethic, combined with an ability to meet deliverables within desired timeframes.
