Adminovate is located in Strathpine in Moreton Bay and provides full-service administration and reception services for a range of businesses across various industries including allied health, trades, professional services and more. We're excited to announce that we're looking for an awesome, enthusiastic administration officer to join our team.
**Why Adminovate?**
The Adminovate team consists of a team of administration and customer service experts. We utilise each others' experience and knowledge to provide high-quality, efficient, relational service for our customers. Our team is flexible which promotes a great work-life balance. **The role**
This role is focused on full-service administration and customer service. We are seeking a total of 2 Administration rockstars, ideally approximately 5 days a week and across trades and allied health sectors to join our close-knit team.
To give you an idea of what your day might look like, here's what you need to be proficient in:
- Answering calls for more than 80 businesses
- Booking and changing appointments
- Explaining costs and billing to patients
- whole-of-business management for trades businesses
- Providing information about procedures to patients
- Managing patient invoicing and receipts
- Managing Medicare rebates
- Exceptional literacy and execution in Microsoft Office (including Excel), and other standard software programs.
- Preparing and proofing Social Media releases and CRM communication
To excel in this role you must be able to:
- Take initiative and problem solve
- Multi-task and have a high level of attention to detail
- Provide an empathetic ear while remaining on task
- Understand the boundaries of client confidentiality and the implications of professional advice
Experience in the following will be highly regarded;
- experience in trade business support and admin
- Proven ability to multi-task effectively and risk-assess situations as they arise.
- Familiarity with SimPRO or ServiceM8 bookings systems would be beneficial but not necessary
This position requires someone who takes initiative, is able to manage their own workload, will actively look for their next task in a fast-paced, complicated environment, and is able to prioritise and deal with a lot of input at once. Having said that, we're a lot of fun, and we're proud of our relaxed atmosphere.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Casual
**Salary**: From $29.00 per hour

- Monday to Friday

- Strathpine, QLD 4500: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Medical/Allied Health Admin: 2 years (preferred)
