**Job Description**:
**We are looking for a Full Time Practice Manager to lead and manage our Joondalup team**

We are a close-knit, driven and hardworking team; we believe a can-do attitude goes a long way and we are always sure to support one another in every way we can. Our clinic is fully equipped with digital x-ray, ultrasound, In-house blood machines, Bair Hugger, IM3 GS Deluxe dental unit, modern microscope, basic orthopaedic equipment and eye kit. Our facilities also include 2 consultation rooms, treatment room, x-ray theatre and surgical theatre, large walk in kennel room, cat ward/isolation room.

**About Your New Role**
- Managing the day-to-day operations of our clinic including stock management, people management and rostering, and maintaining client records
- Leading and developing our team and building a positive team culture
- Ensuring that monthly KPI’s are met
- Driving our business forward through creating and implementing local marketing initiatives
- Nursing duties as required

**About Your Skills & Experience**
- Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing
- Head Nurse experience or Min. 1+ year experience as a Practice Manager
- Experience and understanding of management, with strong leadership and team building skills, and the ability to provide coaching and guidance
- Experience with Rx works (preferred but not essential)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Good business insight
