We are currently recruiting for a Maintenance Person to join our Maintenance team

in Nuriootpa.

Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, the Maintenance Person role will deliver

maintenance works as required to support general building maintenance and asset

management of Independent Living Unit stock, Barossa Village Residency and

Commercial Buildings to achieve desired outcomes, including client needs, in

consultation with and as instructed by the Maintenance Manager.

**The Maintenance Person is responsible for the following: **

Supporting the Maintenance Manager in the preparation of guidelines and

standards and the scheduling of maintenance and asset management

activities and subsequently efficient management and delivery of works to

achieve planned outcomes

Direct performance of, or coordination of supporting trades e.g. carpentry,

plumbing, concreting, painting to deliver general repairs and maintenance

work associated with renovations, repairs or construction of new Barossa

Village Independent Living Unit, Barossa Village Residency and Commercial

Assets

Monitoring, maintenance and servicing of Maintenance Team equipment

and vehicles to ensure safe and efficient working conditions

Record keeping and documentation (e.g. as constructed drawings,

collection and collation of material and product information) relevant to the

performance of works

**Essential Criteria**:

Police Check/Clearance no older than 12 months at appointment

Specific trade certificates and/or relevant experience sufficient to support the

achievement of the roles responsibilities.

Willing to participate in an on call roster.

Participate in the Barossa Village Annual Mandatory Vaccination Programs.

Current Drivers Licence
