Durham Green Retirement Village is based in the charming town of Menangle. Perched at the entrance of the stunning Southern Highlands it boasts luxury facilities for residents to enjoy

**About the role**:
Reporting to the Village Manager, this exciting casual opportunity will see you contribute to the seamless operation of the village by completing administrative tasks as delegated, with the opportunity to further assist in the much-loved village café. This role will involve you interacting with residents regularly, so a friendly positive attitude, and strong customer service skills are paramount.

**About you**:
To be considered, you will have:

- Previous Administration experience
- Café and/or barista experience - highly regarded
- Impeccable customer services skills
- Supportive with a “can do” attitude
- Confident with the ability to multitask in a high-pressure environment
- Warm and welcoming disposition and empathy for older people
- Genuine alignment to BaptistCare’s purpose, vision and value
- Available to cover leave between 18 September until 10 October, Flexible ongoing availability.
