**The Opportunity**

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Rostering Coordinator to be responsible for the coordination of staff rosters within personal care.

This role will be on a rotating roster.

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Coordinating the roster for Personal Support Workers to ensure there is sufficient around the clock coverage
- Ensure compliance with Award and Collective Agreement employment conditions
- Be the main point of contact for client and carer queries regarding roster management
- Accurately review and validate hours worked by support workers in CareLink
- Support after hour processes by preparing hand over notes and liaising effectively with the team

**About You**

To be successful in this role, you must have:

- Excellent working knowledge of a multi-function office environment including administration, human resources, payroll, and rostering.
- Highly organised with excellent time management skills
- Ability to work independently and liaise with a large number of stakeholders
- Excellent people skills and great written and verbal communication.
