**The Team**:
We are looking for people who believe in our organisational values and wanting to be **apart** of of our **team.** At One Tree Community Services, we take great pride towards inclusive practice. We have a educators from **all walks** of life, who can speak different languages, come from different **vocational backgrounds** and sharing their transferrable skills.

c-Verse Lithgow, situated in New South Wales, exclusively serves children attending Lithgow Primary School, providing before and after-school care, as well as vacation care for primary school-aged children.

**Our Approach**:
At c-Verse (a child’s universe), we foster exploration through various "worlds," including Nature World, STEM World, and Performance World. Children engage in diverse activities and earn cards and awards as they progress through achievement levels, unlocking new challenges using chests, maps, and keys.

**Our Services**:
With a capacity of 140 places, our mixed-age service accommodates children from kindergarten to year six, offering full access to the school's facilities.

**Successful applicant will possess**:

- Minimum of CERT III in Children's Services or equivalent
- Completion of a Certificate III/Diploma in Early Childhood Education
- Current working with children check
- A passion for early childhood education, a collaborative mindset, and a positive attitude
- Have strong communication skills
- Valid Working with Children check.
