We have a educators from **all walks** of life, who can speak different languages, come from different **vocational backgrounds** and sharing their transferrable skills. c-Verse Lithgow, situated in New South Wales, exclusively serves children attending Lithgow Primary School, providing before and after-school care, as well as vacation care for primary school-aged children. **Our Approach**: At c-Verse (a child’s universe), we foster exploration through various "worlds," including Nature World, STEM World, and Performance World. Children engage in diverse activities and earn cards and awards as they progress through achievement levels, unlocking new challenges using chests, maps, and keys. **Our Services**: With a capacity of 140 places, our mixed-age service accommodates children from kindergarten to year six, offering full access to the school's facilities. **Successful applicant will possess**: - Minimum of CERT III in Children's Services or equivalent - Completion of a Certificate III/Diploma in Early Childhood Education - Current working with children check - A passion for early childhood education, a collaborative mindset, and a positive attitude - Have strong communication skills - Valid Working with Children check. **Benefits**: - Complimentary Uniform provided. - Access to EAP services. - Staff rewards program. - The chance to make a significant impact on the lives of children and their families. - A supportive and vibrant work environment where your contributions are valued and encouraged.
