Your key priorities include:

- Own the Product & Marketing analytics strategy and plan
- Mentor and lead team of high performing Analysts
- Provide insights to various business units to support campaigns and innovations across the Group
- Develop methodology and framework to measure efficacy and ROI of marketing activity and initiatives

**To be successful in this role you will have**:

- Demonstrated experience in customer analytics, segmentation and/or marketing disciplines
- Strong experience in leadership role
- Advanced user of analytical and data visualisation tools (cognos, PowerBI or equivalent)
- Advanced SQL user
- Proven experience in Analytics tools & languages (SAS. SPSS, R or Python)
