In this Account Manager role in Sydney, you will be joining an award-winning high-growth FinTech company disrupting the accounting & bookkeeping industry on a global scale. They boast over a decade of experience and teams across the world including London, Sydney, Washington and Paris with 400 employees.

The product suite provides AI and automation technologies used by hundreds of thousands of accounting & bookkeeping firms and SMEs globally helping them to operate more productively.

**Key responsibilities - Graduate Account Manager**
- In this Account Manager role, you can be expected to be:_
- Look after portfolio of small and medium clients acting as main point of contact
- Ensuring a smooth and positive transition for customers after their onboarding process
- Developing & maintaining long-lasting relationships with clients
- Introducing existing partners to new & premium products
- Cross-sell & up-sell
- Mitigating any cancellations or contraction churn by supporting stakeholders with a positive experience

This client-facing role requires a positive attitude and real interest to build relationships. Do not fear if you don’t have the technical expertise; for the right person the experts are willing and capable to train you up

**Job requirements - Graduate Account Manager**
- Educated to degree level (or coming to the end of your studies)
- Any client-facing experience
- SaaS/accounting/bookkeeping experience is a bonus
- A passion for technology is beneficial
- Communication skills and a positive approach to your work
- Excellent stakeholder management of all levels
- Professional, persistent, and process-driven
- Retention experience would be desirable but not essential
- Self-starter attitude
