BMD offers a Graduate Accountant role within a leading civil contractor, delivering complex infrastructure projects and a supportive graduate program.

Your Role

Here's what you will be doing:

  • Collaborate with the team across a portfolio of projects in New South Wales
  • Engage in structured learning through three tailored modules on critical thinking, problem-solving, and leadership
  • Participate in hands-on, in-person learning every six months to build relationships and network nationally
  • Receive mentoring from BMD's Board of Directors, executive management, and emerging leaders
  • Attend presentations from industry experts to enhance problem-solving, critical thinking, and teamwork skills
About You

The company is looking for:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Commerce or Accounting
  • High-level verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent attitude towards health, safety, environmental, and quality outcomes
  • Motivation to achieve value-for-money results
  • Desirable: Previous experience with major tier one or two contractors undertaking similar work
