**About the role**

We are seeking a talented and experienced Front Of House professional to join our dynamic team at Manny's Italian Wellington Point in Wellington Point, QLD. As a full-time Front Of House team member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast-paced, customer-focused environment within the hospitality industry.

**What you'll be doing**
- Welcoming and greeting customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Seating guests and delivering menus in a timely and efficient way
- Taking food and beverage orders and communicating these clearly to the kitchen team
- Ensuring food and drinks are served promptly and to the highest standard
- Responding to customer inquiries and addressing any concerns or issues
- Maintaining a clean and organised front-of-house area
- Assisting with side duties such as restocking and light cleaning as required

**What we're looking for**
- Previous experience in a similar front-of-house role, preferably within the hospitality industry
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to interact with customers and team members
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Good organisational and multitasking skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays as required

Pay: $23.23 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Public holidays
- Weekend availability

Supplementary Pay:
