**About us**

Southern Cross Care is a not-for-profit organisation that has been providing quality aged care and retirement living services for more than 50 years. We are seeking Support Workers to join our friendly and supportive Home Care team.

**The Role**

Support clients to be Better for life, at home by providing services like:

- Personal care
- Cleaning
- Laundry
- Shopping
- Meal Preparation
- Transport and at-home exercise support
- Work positively and collaboratively with other staff and qualified practitioners to provide person centred service.

**About You**
- Have a genuine passion to help people within the community to be as independent as possible
- Experience providing community-based care to older people
- Certificate III in aged care, home and community care, or individual support
- Driver's licence and your own registered and insured car
- Current National Police Certificate for the purpose of Aged Care (or willing to obtain one)
- Current flu and COVID-19 vaccination certificate
