Talent Acquisition Consultant

**About the Role**:
We are looking for a driven Talent Acquisition Consultant on a 3-month assignment to support our HR team in finding the best talent to work for our ANZ business units.

**About You**:

- 5+ years’ experience in recruitment and talent acquisition role
- Bachelor’s Degree in HR or related field
- Strong knowledge of the current ANZ job market
- Demonstrated knowledge of current talent acquisition systems such as Workday
- Superior written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to build strong internal and external relationships
- Computer proficiency including demonstrated competence in Word, PowerPoint & Excel
- Able to provide training and consulting on solutions that contribute to the success of talent acquisition at KC
