Due to recent project conversions - Lendlease Construction has a new opportunity for a Construction Manager (Project Manager) to come on board with our team and support the delivery of major healthcare projects in Melbourne.

Role

As leader of our construction delivery team, you will have the opportunity to successfully oversee, from construction through to handover, on one of our major projects. This role will see you managing consultants, contractors, project resources and program to deliver the project to the highest quality, sustainability, and safety standards. You will manage the successful continued delivery of the overall project to time and budget. You will also be responsible to lead, and mentor the construction delivery team, solve challenges and find solutions in this fast paced and challenging position.

**Requirements**:
Qualifications in construction management or engineering supported by extensive experience in delivering large-scale $100 + mil buildings projects including full commercial and operational responsibility from pre-construction through to handover is essential. Equally important will be a proven ability to exercise leadership and work collaboratively.
