**Your Role: Home Care Support Worker**

As a trusted carer, you’ll support our Elders in **Ballina**with:

- **Personal care** - Showering, feeding, toileting, and medication support.
- **Social support** - Accompanying clients to appointments, shopping, and community outings.
- **Domestic assistance** - Cleaning, laundry, meal prep, and more.

**Who We’re Looking For**
- A **compassionate, respectful, and reliable** carer
- Holds a **valid Australian driver’s licence** and has a reliable car
- Have** 3+ months** industry experience in a paid **Aged Care** setting
- Brings a strong sense of **empathy and cultural awareness**
