Quality, Risk

We are currently seeking a Quality, Risk and Compliance Manager to lead and oversee quality, risk, and compliance frameworks for Motoring & Home Services (M&HS).
- This position contributes to M&HS’s Strategy by providing assurance that M&HS’s operations are safely, effectively, and efficiently meeting member needs within prescribed risk tolerance(s) and in alignment with external and internal compliance frameworks.
- What will you be doing?- Establishment and development of quality management policies, standards, procedures, and processes, in partnership with the business, to provide assurance that M&HS’s operations are safely, effectively, and efficiently meeting member needs.-
- Ensuring alignment of defined quality measures across internal M&HS business units and with relevant external stakeholder business units.-
- Overseeing regular reviews and testing of quality management procedures and programs to ensure effectiveness, including providing relevant reporting and updating to internal and external stakeholders as required.-
- Preparing and overseeing preparation of quality documentation by collecting, analysing, and summarizing information, trends, corrective actions, and opportunities for enhancement-
- Supporting the M&HS business units with the design and implementation of quality programs, projects, training, and other activities, to ensure high levels of quality and consistency in operational delivery.-
- Maintaining oversight and ownership of knowledge management to support frontline interactions.-
- Develops and implements frameworks that assists M&HS business units to maintain external compliance to regulatory obligations and internal compliance to RAC Group mandated standards policies and procedures.-
- Supports the business in management of risk, though, administration of internal risk framework(s), maintenance of risk registers, and conducting of key control testing to inform the business of its operations against risk appetite.-
- Oversees the Control Self-Assessment and periodic Risk Register review processes.-
- Cultivating strong, effective working relationships with key internal stakeholders, including the MH&S leadership team, Group Risk and Compliance, Group Health & Safety, and other relevant areas of the business to deliver on the MH&S strategy.-
- Supporting M&HS Leaders in the management of service level agreements (SLA) and service catalogues to ensure effective and efficient delivery of shared services.- About you- Strong quality management skills.-
- Demonstrated experience in leading, motivating and developing a team to deliver a portfolio of business as usual and project activity to deliver improve business outcomes.-
- Demonstrated experience in delivering successful business improvement projects & programs.-
- Demonstrated experience in planning and the implementation of process and changes in a financial service, customer service or frontline environment.-
- Demonstrated experience in re-engineering processes, with proven ability to deliver required business and project outcomes-
- Tertiary qualifications in a related discipline or equivalent business experience are mandatory.-
