Our work is highly complex and confidential, so there are some things you must have to fulfil this role:

- Hold current Negative Vetting 1 (NV1) security clearance with ability to upgrade to NV2
- Ability to work independently and part of an integrated cross functional team
- Good communication, organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills

**We’re also looking for experience with**:

- Thorough understanding of audio and video requirements, configurations, administration and management within complex ICT systems including the integration of audio and video codecs and secure communication standards, such as SRTP, TLS and SSH;
- Experience in implementing audio and video Session Border Control, hosted Video Based Collaboration, and audio and video protocols/interoperability standards such as H.323, SIP, RTP, SRTP, video and audio compression standards, and their integration within secure environments;
- Proven ability to design, integrate and manage audio and video technology services, including network bandwidth allocation, QoS configurations and reliability solutions incorporating service profile derived exchanges;
- Knowledge of planning and allocating audio and video related licensing whilst ensuring compliancy with required policies and frameworks (DERMP&F inclusive);
- Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills with demonstrable experience of presentation and engagement with stakeholders, projects, organisational reporting and business areas.
