We provide you with a stable, reliable workload with regular income doing work that utilises your skills and experience and has a real impact on the students.

**What You'll Be Responsible For**:

- Working closely with a variety of students based across NSW.
- Conducting formal tutoring sessions with students on a frequent ongoing basis.
- Creating and delivering comprehensive lesson plans that tackle students’ needs - we will be providing some training on this
- Preparing students for upcoming examinations and strengthen base concepts in order to improve performance
- Scheduling all lessons via our online system including bookings, postponements and cancellations
- Occasionally opening and locking up our centre during operating hours
- Helping students improve academically and reflecting results through their exams
- Mentoring students that inspire (not force) them to be at their best and increasing their confidence, self-esteem and self-worth
- Maintain a high re-enrolment rate across your students each term.
- Use your strong rapport building skills to develop and maintain a strong relationship with parents
- Keeping an accurate record of your students’ progress and goals on a weekly basis
- Being available to commit to every class you are scheduled to teach

**Job Types**: Subcontract, Casual, Graduate

**Salary**: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
