Primary & High School Tutors | One-on-One In-Home Lessons

Ascent Education is a fast-growing tutoring service providing personalised one-on-one support to students across Sydney. We are looking for passionate tutors to join our mobile team and help students thrive in the comfort of their own home.

The Role

  • One-on-one tutoring for primary or high school students
  • Travel to students' homes (we match you locally)
  • Build rapport, boost confidence, and support student learning
  • Update parents with lesson recaps and progress
  • Ongoing weekly sessions with the same students
  • You choose how many students you would like to take on

Who We're Looking For

  • Confident teaching primary or high school subjects
  • Responsible, reliable, and well-spoken
  • Patient and encouraging with students of all abilities
  • Preferred: studying education or a qualified teacher
  • Must have or be willing to obtain a Working With Children Check
  • ABN required (we will help you apply, it is free)
  • A driver's licence is a bonus but not required

: $40 per hour
