**OPEN ROLE: Retail Design Lead - Permanent Full Time**

A bespoke practice in Prahran has an urgent need for a Retail Design Lead to work on a 2 story, 3000 sqm project in the Melbourne CBD.

This studio specialises in Retail for three design lead retail brands, providing tailored design for their stores across the globe. They also dabble in High-End Residential for private clients across Melbourne.

A small team of around 10 individuals, this is great opportunity to join a tight knit community, guide junior members hands on, and make an impact on a flagship store.

**Key responsibilities of this position**:

- Client Facing leading client meetings, presentations, and securing projects
- Produce concept & sketch designs to a high standard
- Hands on with Design Development, Documentation, and Construction drawings
- Attending on-site involved in progress meetings, and responding to RFI's
- Collaborate with the team and consultants when required
- Lead for this project, managing the interiors team
- Overseeing all design within the Interiors team
- Required:

- Strong design ability
- Strong documentation ability
- Experience in coordinating and leading projects
- Strong interpersonal skills and written & verbal communication
- Highly professional and well presented individual
- Advantageous:

- Retail experience, also open to High-End Residential or other high budget and large volume projects
- Logistics
- Full Time (5 days a week, 38 hours), permanent position
- Available for long term permanent employment, and full working rights in Victoria
- Looking for a new position, commencing ASAP
