Manager Technology Advisory

There is great variety in the work we do. The work we do ranges from technology transformation through to technology architecture, strategy development, business architecture, business analysis, business cases, investment roadmaps, systems design, financial management, operating model design, program and project management and delivery and more.

We are looking for exceptional people who are committed to investing in the development of their career as a technology advisory consultant. This is including both IT and business professionals who understand the role of technology in business and government, who can effectively deal with stakeholders. You will bring a blend of skills that may include business operations, project management, strategy and design, right through to deep technical knowledge.

**Your Opportunity**
- Providing technology advice to our clients across a wide range of complex and large-scale technology issues and capabilities
- Working within an experienced team to analyse, workshop and present insights and recommendations and collaborating across borders and globally with sector and technical experts in all parts of our business.
- Supporting clients to understand root cause issues, potential solutions and articulate business benefits
- Supporting engagement pursuits including opportunity identification, qualification, planning, and proposal development
- Access to mentorship, ongoing learning, and career development opportunities, including global secondments.

**Your Experience**
- Possess the skills to manage all aspects of a project including ability to facilitate workshops, and influence and guide key stakeholders, and coach and mentor team members
- Experience managing all aspects of a project including ability to facilitate workshops, and influence and guide key stakeholders, and coach and mentor team members
- Experience communicating on an engagement to a wide range of stakeholders from engineers to CxO with highly developed written and verbal communication
- Experience performing analysis and leading projects in any of the following disciplines:

- Architecture (enterprise, solution)
- Infrastructure (hybrid cloud, sourcing)
- Agile delivery methods (in particular CICD / DevOps)
- Strategy development
- Operating model design and implementation
- IT service management

**Qualifications**:

- We are looking for applicants that have an Australian security clearance, or ability to obtain one - please note, Australian citizenship is required to obtain this clearance.
- Appropriate tertiary education.
