We are currently working with a leading top mid tier builder who focus on large scale Commercial, Residential, Industrial and Hotel projects across NSW. Due to growth they are seeking multiple building leading hands to be part of project teams across Sydney. If you are a standout and experienced leading hand the role will transition into a Foreman position in due time.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Carry out work as instructed by site foreman.
- Produce high quality work in an appropriate timeframe
- Direct onsite supervision of staff and subcontractors.
- Make sure that site is a Safe Site at all times.
- Completing daily logs and site reports
- Comply with company quality systems.
- Set out the site as required for all trades and services
- Have a hands-on approach when it comes to resolving problems

**Skills and Experience**
- Proven experience within Australia
- 5+ years’ experience in building construction
- A solid understanding of architectural details, fundamental building principles and construction methods and materials
- The ability to read and interpret drawings and technical specifications
- A great eye for detail
- Can work under pressure and to deadlines
- A critical thinker and problem solver
- Excellent interpersonal, stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Have a can-do attitude, a strong work ethic, and are a great team player

**Salary**: $120,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Parramatta NSW: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Work Location: In person
