Production Frontline Manager

To continue our success, we currently have an exciting opportunity for a **Production Frontline Manager** for our **Quaker Oats**, Forrestfield site.

Reporting to the Production Manager, this role is responsible for Supervising staff; organizing and monitoring work flow.

**Responsibilities**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage your team to drive efficiency by communicating job expectations in line with policies and procedures.
- Maintain work flow by monitoring steps of the process, implementing cost reductions; facilitating corrections to malfunctions within process control points
- Manage team to complete production plan, reporting results of the processing flow and analyse production/process performance records and data.
- Maintain quality service levels & operation of equipment in a safe and clean work environment.
- Create and revise systems and procedures by analyzing operating practices, record-keeping systems, forms of control and budgetary requirements; implementing change.
- Train and develop employees across your team, driving continuous improvement.

Qualifications:
**About you**:

- Previous experience in a supervisory/managerial/coaching role, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to plan, coordinate, manage and develop a team of employees to achieve agreed goals and objectives, and develop technical capability across the team with process improvement.
- Very strong interpersonal skills with the ability to foster trust, cooperation, and support across the production environment.
