We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Home Support Worker to join our team. This role involves providing essential support and assistance to individuals living independently in their homes. As a Home Support Worker, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients by promoting independence and ensuring their well-being.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
- Support clients in their daily activities, such as meal preparation, medication management, and light household tasks.
- Provide transportation and accompany clients to appointments, social outings, and community activities.
- Foster social interaction and companionship with clients to reduce isolation and promote emotional well-being.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of clients by implementing appropriate health and safety practices.
- Maintain accurate documentation of client activities, progress, and any changes in their condition.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and family members to ensure coordinated care and support.
- Adhere to the organization's policies, procedures, and NDIS guidelines.
- Maintain confidentiality and respect the privacy and dignity of clients at all times.

**Requirements**:

- A passion for Individual Support, Aged Care, Disability, or a similar field.
- Knowledge of NDIS guidelines and experience with clients who have NDIS funding.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Empathy, compassion, and a genuine desire to make a positive difference in the lives of others.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to changing client needs.
- Current driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Valid First Aid and CPR certificates (or willingness to obtain).
- National Police Check (or ability to obtain one).

**Salary**: From $70,000.00 per hour
