**About the Role**
We’re looking for an experienced and motivated **Team Leader** to take charge of our **bond cleaning team**. In this role, you’ll be responsible for overseeing day-to-day cleaning operations, coordinating staff, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring every property is returned in pristine, inspection-ready condition.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead, train, and support a small team of bond cleaners
- Oversee on-site quality control and ensure all tasks meet our OCD-level standards
- Use checklists and reporting systems to maintain consistency
- Act as the point of contact between management and cleaning team
- Handle basic problem-solving on-site when required
- Weekly stock check and update from team to management

**About You**:

- Previous experience in **bond cleaning** or **end-of-lease cleaning** is **essential**:

- Leadership skills with the ability to train, support, and motivate your team
- Strong attention to detail and quality control focus
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Must hold a **driver’s licence** and have access to a reliable vehicle
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple jobs in a day
- Professional, reliable, and client-focused attitude
- Must be available Monday - Friday
