About Us

At The OCD Guys, we pride ourselves on being the go-to specialists for bond cleaning, Airbnb turnovers, and property presentation across Brisbane and Moreton Bay. We're passionate about delivering flawless results and exceptional service to our clients.

About the Role

We're looking for an experienced and motivated Team Leader to take charge of our bond cleaning team. In this role, you'll be responsible for overseeing day-to-day cleaning operations, coordinating staff, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring every property is returned in pristine, inspection-ready condition.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, train, and support a small team of bond cleaners
  • Oversee on-site quality control and ensure all tasks meet our OCD-level standards
  • Use checklists and reporting systems to maintain consistency
  • Act as the point of contact between management and cleaning team
  • Handle basic problem-solving on-site when required
  • Weekly stock check and update from team to management

About You:

  • Previous experience in bond cleaning or end-of-lease cleaning is essential
  • Leadership skills with the ability to train, support, and motivate your team
  • Strong attention to detail and quality control focus
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Must hold a driver's licence and have access to a reliable vehicle
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple jobs in a day
  • Professional, reliable, and client-focused attitude
  • Must be available Monday - Friday
