**BPT Program Manager**

The Basic Physician Training (BPT) Department at Western Health has a unique opportunity for a dynamic, positive and motivated individual to become an integral part of the team supporting residents on an extraordinary journey of personal and professional growth.

Western Health is looking for an experienced program manager who has ideally worked in BPT and education administration, or team management.

You will work closely with the Director of Physician Education and their deputies, to facilitate a robust training program for resident medical staff selected into the BPT stream, and to support critical processes such as RACP and PMCV accreditation.

To be successful, you should have a passion for education, supporting and responding to doctors in training, be approachable and an excellent communicator and negotiator. Ideally you should have an understanding of the complexities of provision of quality education and training to a large group, across multiple sites.
